EXCHANGE POLICY：

---For orders not yet shipped**: If your order hasn't been shipped and you wish to exchange for a different color or size, as long as it's in stock, you can contact our customer service team to make the change. (Only the same product can be exchanged; other products cannot be exchanged).

---For orders that have been shipped**: If your order has been shipped, you can contact our customer service team to apply for a return after receiving the product. You can then re-order from us to minimize your waiting time. This can shorten your wait and ensure the product is still in stock.

 

RETURN POLICY:

---14-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from eggka.com, you can apply for a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact.
