The conditions for a membership tier upgrade require that the accumulated spending meets the tier requirements shown in the figure below. Once upgraded, the membership level remains valid for life from the date of upgrade.
However, if the actual spending amount falls below the tier requirement due to refunds, your membership level will be automatically downgraded.
MEMBERSHIP LEVEL DESCRIPTION:
Upgrade to STANDARD for $0.
Upgrade to SILVER for $150.
Upgrade to GOLD for $500.
POINTS EARNED AT DIFFERENT LEVELS:
STANDARD: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
SILVER: Earn 15 points for every $1 spent.
GOLD: Earn 20 points for every $1 spent.
Points will be awarded after your order is shipped and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
If a refund is processed after points have been issued, the corresponding points for the refunded amount will be automatically deducted.
