---For orders not yet shipped**: If your order hasn't been shipped and you wish to exchange for a different color or size, as long as it's in stock, you can contact our customer service team to make the change. (Only the same product can be exchanged; other products cannot be exchanged).
---For orders that have been shipped**: If your order has been shipped, you can contact our customer service team to apply for a return after receiving the product. You can then re-order from us to minimize your waiting time. This can shorten your wait and ensure the product is still in stock.
---15-Day Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from eggka.com, you can apply for a return and refund within 15 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact.
---Specific Conditions for Return: Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, immediately contact us with photos to assess the issue and provide the best solution. If the return request is not due to a product quality issue, the customer will bear the return shipping and customs fees.

Variations in thread looseness, burrs, thickness, texture, and/or color differences due to display differences do not constitute quality issues; 2. Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, and personal preference changes are not quality issues; 3. Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, care, maintenance, self-repair, modification, or other factors are not quality issues; 4. Please refer to our size chart and make your purchase decision accordingly, as our service team can only offer suggestions. Returns due to size issues are not considered quality issues.
RETURN ADDRESS (PLEASE NOTE)：
